The Music
Cello Day 2024 features two main elements, a Cello Orchestra and Cello Chamber Music.
The Cello Orchestra will involve everyone playing together, in four sections, the music of Bach, Antognini, Barber, and others.
Each section will also have a sectional with their coach, who will be playing in the orchestra with you.
The Chamber Music will be one-on-a-part cello quartets, sextets, or octets (depending on enrollment). Each group will receive guidance from one of the coaches.
Music will be posted as soon as possible, no later than June 15, 2024.
Cello Day 2024 concludes with an informal concert from each Chamber Group and the Cello Orchestra.
